Nov. 11 is Veterans Day, but as is the case with so many national special days we often celebrate them on the Monday following the actual designated date.
Many towns across the country will be having special Veterans Day parades and other festivities on MONDAY, Nov. 12, given that this year the day itself fell on a Sunday.
No matter what particular day your community chooses to honor and remember the Veteran--the men and women who gave so much and sacrificed all for liberty--be sure to do your part. Thank those you know who served. Say a prayer for the families of those who gave their lives for you and your country.
And pray to God that there will always be men and women of valor who will answer their country's call to served, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.
