Washington, DC (TLS). In a stunning 7-2 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has struck a blow to private property rights. The ominous ruling could be a foreshadowing of things to come if this is any indication of the views of the majority of the justices on the subject of the private property of citizens.
Surprisingly, two of the Court's most liberal members dissented, Justices Stevens and Ginsberg.
