The Washington Post reported Friday that U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., expressed willingness to postpone his committee's vote this week on whether or not to hold Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress.
Issa's willingness to postpone the vote, however, comes with a major stipulation.
In order to avoid the vote on contempt, Holder must turn over specific documentation related to an official letter that contained false information, which the Department of Justice (DOJ) sent to Congress in February of 2011.

Damaging new evidence contradicts government agencies in Fast and Furious murder
Damaging new evidence has surfaced today that contradicts multiple government agencies on the murder of federal agent Jaime Zapata. The evidence is an official "Report of Investigation" which shows that Agent Zapata had seized 80 weapons in an interdiction near the southern border a few months prior to his murder.
The majority of the seized weapons were Fast and Furious guns that the Obama Administration had illegally bought using "straw purchasers" who would then transport the firearms across the border into Mexico, where they would be placed in the hands of drug cartels.
Zapata was murdered on Feb. 15, 2011. The Report of Investigation on the interdiction of the guns is from August of 2010, four months prior to Zapata's death.

ATF agents allege new scandal
Rumors are swirling today among some agents within the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) who allege that a new scandal has rocked the Seattle Field Division.
The agents state that a large sum of money was stolen from the Seattle office by someone in management, who then attempted to cover up the crime.
One agent reports that support staff in the field division office are so distressed by the new scandal that many have resigned in disgust.

New Justice Department whistleblowers seek haven in Fast and Furious scandal
National Gun Rights Examiner David Codrea and blogger Mike Vanderboegh are reporting today that new Justice Department whistleblowers have come forward seeking safe haven in the Fast and Furious scandal.
Sources close to the ongoing investigation have indicated that at least one and potentially two officials inside the Department of Justice in Washington have contacted U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., to request that they be given whistleblower protection in light of new information they wish to reveal.
The two whistleblowers are subordinates of Attorney General Eric Holder, one of whom was said to possess information so damaging that it represented the "keys to the kingdom."
Controversial Westboro group targets Billy Graham
The controversial Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas targeted the headquarters Tuesday of internationally revered evangelist Billy Graham at The Cove in Montreat, which is located in the North Carolina mountains.
Westboro was founded by anti-gay activist Fred Phelps and is known for disrupting church services, funerals, and military memorials in order to spew hate-filled memes at attendees.
Critics say that Westboro is neither Baptist nor a church. The membership consists almost entirely of Phelps' family, and the only known doctrine and activity of the group is an anti-gay, anti-Jew, and anti-Catholic agenda that expresses itself in targeting individuals and groups for vitriolic epithets.
Many of the individuals and groups that are targeted are not even associated with the support of the so-called "gay agenda."

South Carolina primaries result in chaos
In South Carolina today both the Republican and the Democratic Parties held their primaries to choose candidates for state and local offices. The process resulted in confusion, anger and chaos for hundreds of voters.
On May 2 the South Carolina Supreme Court ruled that many of the challengers running against incumbents in both Parties were ineligible due to a technicality. At least 200 candidates were thrown off the ballot.
But the court's decision came too late to get some of the candidates removed. Thus, their names remained on the ballot. This meant that if a citizen cast a vote for such a candidate, their vote did not count.

David Codrea blasts CBS News for claiming credit for breaking the Fast and Furious story in its announcement today that the House will vote on a contempt citation against Holder. Unfortunately, this has been standard fare with the MSM and even the NRA, which also claimed the credit. This is unconscionable, given that David and Mike Vanderboegh, as everyone here knows, were the first to break the story.
Alphecca reports that carrying an unloaded gun packed in a locked case inside of a suitcase to a NYC airport is all it takes to get you arrested.
Around O-Town notes that it appears that Holder is implicated in a variety of crimes, not just Gunwalker.

The U.S. House of Representatives announced today that a date has been set for a vote on a contempt of Congress citation against Attorney General Eric Holder for his failure to turn over subpoenaed documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal.

Conservatives targeted in deadly and costly free speech attack
A mounting controversy increasingly has attracted the attention of the national media involving a concerted attack on free speech by political extremists. The target is conservatives. The tactic is to endanger the lives, reputations, and financial stability of the victims.
Michelle Malkin catalogued the attacks in a detailed post at her blog on Saturday.
Stories of the attacks began to surface on social networking sites two weeks ago when there were reports of bogus SWAT team calls to the homes of conservatives across the country. Those reports gradually made their way into the local and national media.

New information confirms extensive Obama spying on Americans
New information published today by Politico confirms previously reported news stories indicating extensive spying on Americans by the Obama Administration and the President's reelection campaign.
The Obama campaign employs over 150 "techies" who do nothing but "peel back the layers" of the lives of citizens. According to Politico these techies know what citizens read, where they shop, what kind of work they do and who they count as friends. They even know "who your mother voted for in the last election."

Romney faces looming threat over Fast and Furious
In the past 18 months since the story first broke of the Fast and Furious scandal, it is clear that Democrats are the most culpable given that the underlying motive for the Fast and Furious operation was to create false gun statistics that could be used by the Obama Administration and its allies in Congress to call for major new gun control legislation.
Democrats proved that this was the end game when they immediately seized the opportunity during Congressional hearings to parrot false gun statistics and to blame Mexican violence on lax gun laws in the United States.
However, with each day that passes in the 15 months since the U.S. House of Representatives began investigating the scandal, Republicans increasingly share in the culpability.

Issa tells Holder 'you are not a good witness'
During a hearing today of the House Judiciary Committee, Attorney General Eric Holder claimed memory lapses when asked about the Fast and Furious scandal.
When U.S. Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, asked Holder if he or anyone else at the Justice Department had told the White House about "gunwalking" when it appeared that the activity contributed to the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, Holder replied, "I don't know."
Again, when Smith asked if Holder or anyone else at the Justice Department had informed the White House of the specific tactics used during the Operation Fast and Furious scheme, Holder replied, "I don't know."
The stonewalling angered U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., who grilled Holder about his failure to turn over to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform hundreds of documents that Issa says are pertinent to the investigation into Fast and Furious.

Solyndra failure may be only tip of iceberg
When the Obama Administration pumped $3.5 million in stimulus funds into Solyndra, the solar energy company that subsequently went out of business, the President touted the corporation as an example of his "green jobs" initiative.
Given that the company went under, Solyndra has become a symbol of failure rather than success for the Obama stimulus program that pumped multimillions into so-called 'green jobs.'
But new information made available today indicates that the Solyndra failure may be only the tip of the iceberg.

CBS News reports Issa has new Fast and Furious wiretap information
Sharyl Attkisson of CBS News, the only reporter in the mainstream media to consistently present the facts in the Fast and Furious scandal, is reporting today that U.S. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., has new wiretap information showing that the highest officials at the Justice Department were fully aware of the "gunwalking" project.
Fast and Furious was an illegal operation conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) in which "straw purchasers" were used to buy American firearms and then walk them across the border into Mexico, placing them in the hands of drug cartels.
