SCOTUS: Petition Denied in Presidential Eligibility Case

This morning the U.S. Supreme Court denied the petition to the hear the case on Presidential eligibility in Kershner v. Obama.

This means that in order for the Court to reach a conclusion, Obama's records would have to be unsealed, and the information on his family heritage may lead to a decision many Americans would refuse to accept, leading to violence in the streets.  A cowardly move.

SCOTUS Confers on Presidential Eligibility; Ruling Could Be This Week

Not much about this in the mainstream media, but I thought it was newsworthy.
